Step 1 – Check the suburb
Check this list to make sure we cover the customer’s suburb. If the suburb is not listed we do not service that area.
Step 2 – Ask which consultancy they want.
Garden Consultancies are 90 minutes ($235) and Extended Consultancies are 180 minutes ($425). Information on the two types of consultancy can be found here.
Step 3 – Payment method
Credit Card – Take the customer to the Garden Club email signup computer and open the consultancy order page (link on desktop) OR they can go to our website when they are at home and make the booking. We suggest they do it from home as it will allow them more time to think about describing their consultancy needs.
EFT, Gift Voucher or cash – If they want to pay by any of these methods run the payment through Retailer before filling in the form below. You will find the Garden Consultancies button at the top of the front page, and then you will be able to select either Garden Consultancy or Extended consultancy.
